My experience with MAD Towing

When your car gives up at the side of the road, it stops being about the vehicle and starts being about getting home safely. Here’s what my own call-out with MAD Towing looked like, start to finish.

One phone call

I’d barely finished explaining where I was before the operator already had a good idea of the road I was on. Friendly, calm and quick — exactly what you want when you’re standing next to a smoking bonnet.

Arrived when they said

The tow truck arrived within the time I was quoted. The driver introduced himself, handed me a bottle of water, and talked me through exactly what was going to happen next.

Loaded with care

Watching them load the car, you could tell they’d done it a thousand times. Straps checked twice, nothing rushed, and my vehicle treated as if it were their own.

Home, no drama

I was dropped off exactly where I needed to be, with the cost explained clearly before anything was done. No surprises, no fuss.

A breakdown is stressful enough. MAD Towing turned a bad day into a non-event — and they’ve had my number ever since.
